Position:     Sales Account Manager - New Business Development - Full Time Commissioned Sales

Job Description: Creative, energetic self starter w/excellent presentation & communication skills.  Must enjoy and be successful at prospecting and developing new business and be able to work with all types of businesses.   Account Managers must be able to quickly achieve revenue goals mutually agreed upon with General Sales Manager and provide excellent client service.  Analyze needs; uncover key marketing challenges and use creativity, market research & interpersonal skills to provide effective marketing solutions geared towards meeting key client objectives.

Experience Preferred:  3+ years sales & or marketing experience with a proven record of new business development success. Digital/ online sales is a plus. 

Responsibilities: Duties include generating advertising & marketing plans, selling multi platform opportunities. Manage all aspects of client accounts from initial contact through collections and renewals. Extensive continuous training provided.

Today’s radio account managers are accustomed to doing business with the top companies and advertising executives in town.  Radio is “Show Biz”!  Participating in community events, helping design and execute promotions and working with the on-air personalities add spice to a job that is unique from any other industry.
