A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for the island of O’ahu until 8:00 AM HST 3/21/26. Due to last week’s heavy rains, major flooding and ponding are expected. Landslides and falling trees are possible. Stay off the roads if you don’t need to be out. Shelter at home or nearest safe place if your residence is prone to flooding. Stay safe and be vigilant throughout the night.

Residents of Waialua and Hale’iwa are advised to evacuate to higher ground or to one of the storm shelters in your area. The BUS is running evacuation routes to these shelters. You can flag down a bus driver to pick you up.
